HI, I'M RAYANNE
I believe MSP owners deserve more than financial statements and tax returns. They deserve financial information they can understand, trust, and use to build a stronger business.
That belief has guided more than 25 years of working in and around the technology industry.
MY STORY
I began my accounting career after high school at a local CPA firm. I started as the front desk receptionist and office manager. I worked my way through college and left the firm 14 years later as a senior staff accountant.
Accounting and finance always made sense to me, but computers were my passion. I was determined to find a way to marry the two. In 2005, ABC Solutions was born. It is an acronym for Accounting Business and Computing Solutions.
As the owner and founder of ABC Solutions, I lead an accounting firm that specializes in serving MSPs and IT service companies. My team and I help owners improve profitability, strengthen financial reporting, create scalable processes, and make better use of the information already available within their accounting and business management systems.
WHY TECHNOLOGY
Sitting alone in a server room at 10pm on a Friday night with a server that would not boot and no one to call, I learned what it means to be a committed small business owner in IT.
As I waited for the Microsoft team to return my "Server Down" call, I reached out to the worldwide IT Community. And they responded within minutes. That was over 20 years ago.
I did not give up my IT career that day. But, it is the day that I became passionate about the IT Community and vowed to spend my future giving back to this community that gives so much to so many every day.
GIVING FORWARD
My work reaches well beyond traditional accounting. I help MSP owners understand what their numbers are telling them, identify where profit is being gained or lost, and build the financial structure needed to support sustainable growth. Whether a company is preparing for its next stage, evaluating an acquisition, or planning a future exit, reliable financial information is the foundation for making those decisions confidently.
As a partner in B2 MSP Advisors, I provide business valuation and consulting services to owners navigating the acquisition or sale of an IT services company. This experience gives me a practical understanding of what creates value in an MSP ā€” and what can prevent an otherwise successful company from receiving the valuation it deserves.
You may see me speak at various industry events, hear me on podcasts, or volunteer on boards and committees. I write articles and teach courses to educate MSPs on building their best organization.
