... there's a good chance something in your MSP is keeping you up at night — a contract that doesn't quite fit, a client relationship that's gone sideways, or the nagging feeling that your legal structure hasn't kept pace with your business. You're in the right place.
HI, I'M BRAD
I'm an MSP attorney, speaker, and the person your contracts attorney calls when the question involves technology companies.
MY STORY
I didn't come to this work through a traditional legal path. Before private practice, I served as a prosecutor in New York and Florida and later founded the Internet & Computer Crimes Division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. That gave me something most attorneys in this space don't have — a working understanding of technology, cybersecurity, and how things go wrong at the intersection of business and law.
When I moved into private practice, I focused entirely on the technology channel. Over the past 27 years, I've counseled thousands of MSPs, IT consultants, software companies, and security providers across the United States. I've seen what protects a business and what exposes it. I've seen deals close and deals fall apart. I know where the money leaks — and how to stop it.
WHO I WORK WITH AND WHAT I DO
I work with MSPs at every stage — from the owner who just signed their first enterprise client and needs an MSA that actually fits, to the mature technology company preparing for acquisition and discovering their legal house isn't as clean as they thought.
What I do goes well beyond contracts. I advise on business structure, recurring-revenue protection, cybersecurity risk, AI governance, vendor relationships, and enterprise-value readiness.
My philosophy is simple: good legal structure shouldn't just keep you out of court. It should help your business operate more predictably, grow more profitably, and be worth more when the time comes to sell it.
MY VALUES
Legal work in the MSP space is not about billable hours and boilerplate. It's about helping owners build something real.
MSP owners deserve counsel that already understands their business. Complicated legal concepts should translate into practical decisions, not confusion. And the best legal strategy is one that makes your business stronger, not just safer.
