MY STORY
I have nearly 40 years of business, management, and training experience in the computer and electronics industries. I have owned several successful businesses, managed IT and MSP service companies, and coached or mentored many more around the world.
I hold degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology and Automated Manufacturing Technology. I am the thought leader on Agile as applied to Business Strategy and Service Delivery processes. I am a well-known author, speaker, and trainer on these subjects at industry conferences and in the SMB IT community.
NOT JUST A COACH
I draw from a coaching career built on far more than business experience alone. I bring more than twenty years working with youth and adults in volunteer programs — as a COPE-certified ropes course instructor, sailing and rock climbing instructor, and Sea Scout Skipper.
I am an award-winning Third Degree Black Belt and certified Taekwondo instructor, and a USCG Licensed Master Mariner — a sailing captain who with a 40-foot ketch. When I say I will take you to the gym, I mean it literally and in every other way that matters.
