By clicking the Purchase button on the Checkout page you give us permissions to immediately debit your account for the amount indicated as the purchase price of the product you have added to your cart. This permission is for a single transaction only, and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to your account.
About MSP Ascend Expedition Enrollments
MSP Ascend Expedition is offered as an Online, In-Person, or Hybrid (Online + In-Person) course — referred to throughout these Terms as a Masterclass. Enrollments that include a payment plan require the scheduled fees to be automatically charged to your credit card. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Masterclass Refund Policy below. Contact [email protected] to request a cancellation or refund. The program portal is at https://MSPAscend.com.
How Recurring Payments Work
You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card when you enroll in an MSP Ascend Expedition Masterclass with a payment plan at https://MSPAscend.com. You are charged the amount indicated for your selected Masterclass on the scheduled payment dates. To cancel future installments contact [email protected]. The program portal is at https://MSPAscend.com. Each charge will appear on your statement with the Description starting with the words similar to: “MPI” or “MP-INTNL” or “MP-INTNL EVENTS” or “Manuel Palachuk International” or some form thereof.
Masterclass Notices and Changes
You agree that no prior notification is required, but we do attempt to send a courtesy Payment Reminder and Invoice via email approximately ten days before each scheduled installment charge. It is your responsibility to ensure this email is receivable by your mail server by whitelisting the addresses: [email protected] and [email protected], in addition you should also consider whitelisting the domains: Palachuk.com and ManuelPalachuk.com. Additional automated notices may be sent when events occur such as: Masterclass enrollment confirmation, credit card expiration coming up, credit card processing issues, and other enrollment-related events.
PCI Compliance
Please note: MPI does NOT collect, hold, or maintain any credit card information in its offices or on its electronic systems anywhere at any time. All credit card information is stored securely by the respective Credit Card Processing companies. We will gladly provide a copy of the PCI compliance form from those sites upon request.
The Fine Print
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set forth above, you authorize Manuel Palachuk International to charge the credit card indicated during Masterclass or Services Sign-up according to the terms outlined above. You understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel by contacting [email protected] or through the program portal at https://MSPAscend.com.
If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. This payment authorization is for the type of bill indicated above. You certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card used for this transaction and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
Refund Policy — MSP Ascend Expedition Masterclass
Due to the substantial cost, planning, and work product required to build and deliver a program like MSP Ascend Expedition, we maintain a strict refund policy.
The program is delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS) as six Modules — one for each of the five virtual weeks, plus the in-person week. To move on to a successive Module, you must mark the prior Module “Completed” in the portal.
You may request a full 100% refund, no questions asked, at any time up until whichever of the following occurs first: (a) you mark Module 1 (Week 1) “Completed” in the portal, or (b) the live Week 2 session begins. Once either of those occurs, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Manuel Palachuk International product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Manuel Palachuk International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Manuel Palachuk International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Manuel Palachuk International shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Manuel Palachuk International without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of MSP Ascend Expedition program enrollments through Manuel Palachuk International) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Manuel Palachuk International’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Manuel Palachuk International may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Manuel Palachuk International or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
